The 40,000 square foot main Fabrication Shop is home to 5 large scale fitting work areas, 6 welding work areas, 2 press brake forming stations, a plate rolling station, cutting station, burning station, paint area, shot blasting enclosure, and stress relieving furnace. Both large and small scale projects are cut/formed, fitted, welded, stress relieved, shot blasted, and painted in our main Fab Shop. A separate 13,000 square foot Fabrication Shop is dedicated to the fitting, welding, and assembling of smaller sized structural frames. Some equipment used in our Fabrication Shops includes:

Our network of machining vendors allows us the flexibility to offer competitive pricing of machining large and small components with the added benefit of scheduling large projects through several vendors. In addition, our in house quality control staff monitors all work, throughout all manufacturing processes, to assure that your project is being built to your exact requirements.

Located next to our main Fabrication Shop, our 20,000 square foot Assembly Shop is equipped with one 15 Ton and one 30 Ton capacity overhead cranes. With 30 feet of space below the hook of the crane, we are capable of handling your most demanding projects. Our experienced personal is capable of building and assembling complex piping and wiring systems, machined components, and also large fabrications so the customer's equipment can be completely function tested prior to shipping and field installation.

Our separate 25,000 square foot facility is used for material storage for upcoming projects as well as an assembly station for large sized structures used in various types of industries. It is equipped with a 30 ton capacity overhead crane and is fully enclosed to keep the material out of the weather.

Our depth of experience in production type work helps save our customer's money while our 155,000 square feet of floor space, under high capacity overhead cranes, helps by storing products and delivering when needed. Located just west of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we are very close to many major interstates that make freight transport not a problem. A 24' flatbed truck, 24' tandem axel truck, 12' stake truck, and (3) pick up trucks are kept in house for deliveries around the Western Pennsylvania area. We also have access to a barge loading dock for large structures that are incapable of passing interstate size or weight requirements. We pride ourselves on providing high quality fabrications and on time delivery to all of our customers.
